The 21-year-old spear has been in contention for the club this season with a record of eight goals in his first 12 games, resulting in Ramos’ name being caught in the eye of the Red Devils by Erik Ten’s side. Haag has set an offer ceiling of £25m for the striker.
Estimates from British media suggest that the Glazer family will delay refusing to approve the big budget for the Dutchman to strengthen his squad in the upcoming January market.
